What delivery options does LDH Furniture offer?
We offer two different delivery services depending on the product and delivery location:
Metro Atlanta Local Delivery
We offer local furniture delivery throughout Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Same-day delivery may be available on eligible in-stock items when orders are placed before 12:00 PM.
Nationwide Sofa-in-a-Box Shipping
Our Sofa-in-a-Box collection features full-size compressed sectional sofas that ship directly to your door throughout the contiguous United States. FREE nationwide shipping is included on eligible Sofa-in-a-Box products.
How fast will my order arrive?
Metro Atlanta: Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on inventory, order time, location, and delivery availability.
Nationwide Sofa-in-a-Box: Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after processing and shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Nationwide Sofa-in-a-Box shipping is currently available within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

What is a Sofa-in-a-Box?
A Sofa-in-a-Box is a full-size sectional sofa that is specially compressed and packaged into boxes for convenient shipping directly to your home.
After delivery, remove the sectional pieces from their packaging, position them in your room, and allow them to expand.
Does a Sofa-in-a-Box require assembly?
No. Our Sofa-in-a-Box sectionals require NO assembly and NO tools.
Simply unbox the compressed sectional pieces, position them where you want them, and allow the cushions and foam to expand.
Your sofa may continue expanding and reaching its full shape for up to 72 hours after being removed from its packaging.
How will my Sofa-in-a-Box be delivered?
Sofa-in-a-Box orders are shipped directly to your address using major parcel delivery carriers such as FedEx.
Because these are full-size sectional sofas, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes. Boxes belonging to the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Is someone required to assemble or set up my Sofa-in-a-Box?
No. Professional assembly is not required.
These compressed sectionals are specifically designed so you can simply unbox, position, allow to expand, and enjoy.
Metro Atlanta Furniture Delivery & Setup
Does Metro Atlanta delivery include furniture setup?
Furniture setup is NOT automatically included with local delivery.
Professional furniture setup is available for eligible Metro Atlanta deliveries for an additional setup fee.
Setup pricing varies depending on the type and amount of furniture being assembled. Please contact LDH Furniture for setup pricing.
Does Metro Atlanta furniture require assembly?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Beds, bedroom sets, dining sets and other traditional furniture may require assembly.
Professional setup is available for eligible Metro Atlanta orders for an additional fee.
Our nationwide Sofa-in-a-Box sectionals are different and require no assembly or tools.
Can I schedule a specific Metro Atlanta delivery time?
Our delivery team will contact you regarding your delivery window. Same-day and requested delivery windows are subject to availability.
Do you remove old furniture?
Furniture removal or haul-away may be available for certain Metro Atlanta deliveries for an additional charge. Please contact us before delivery to determine availability and pricing.
Returns & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the product purchased. Please review our Refund Policy for complete return requirements, exclusions, fees, and instructions before making a purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact LDH Furniture as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
For nationwide Sofa-in-a-Box shipments, please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
What if only part of my Sofa-in-a-Box order arrives?
Don't worry. Large sectional orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, and the carrier may deliver those boxes separately.
Check your tracking information for additional packages. If you need assistance locating the remaining boxes, contact LDH Furniture.
